Exemplary of General Sudirman

THINGS WE MUST EMULATE FROM "GENERAL SUDIRMAN"

General of the Army Raden Soedirman was a high-ranking Indonesian military officer during the Indonesian National Revolution. The first commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, he continues to be widely respected in the country. He was born in Bodas Karangjati, Rembang, Purbalingga on January 24, 1916 and died in Magelang on January 29, 1950.

These several things that we can emulate from General Sudirman:

Sudirman died in Magelang at 6:30 pm on January 29, 1950, the news of this grief was reported in a special broadcast on RRI. After the news of his death was broadcast Sudirman's family house crowded with mourners. The next day Sudirman's body was brought to Yogyakarta, and was buried in the garden of the hero's grave.
